Summary: Hotel was good and staff excellent. I tried to cancel day 6 of our stay, I gave them 5 days notice that my flight was for Jan. 25th. there accounting office would not refund day 6. I will not stay or or encourage anyone else to stay there because of there attitude. It may cost them more in lost sales than the 1 night not refunded.
